Element Case accepts debit & prepaid cards as a payment method. Refunds are processed via the same payment method as the original purchase. All return requests must be made to Element Case within 30 days from the date of purchase. Any return for refund must be in new and saleable condition in original packaging. Element Case is not responsible for any package lost in transit. For all claims, customers are advised to send their package back with a tracking number. If the product is found to be defective, Element Case's only obligation and the purchaser's sole and exclusive remedy is the repair or replacement of the Element Case product. Shipping fees may apply. All returns must have an RMA # before a product can be returned. If a customer returns an item without an RMA #, they will be required to pay the shipping fee to have the item sent back to them.
What is the return policy for Element Case?
Element Case has a 30-day return policy. Products must be in original packaging and in new/unused condition. Customers are responsible for shipping charges and any items damaged in transit. To process a return, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained from Element Case. This can be done by submitting a request through their Return Authorization. Products shipped without an RMA will not be accepted. All return requests must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. Any return for a refund must be in new and saleable condition in the original packaging. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing. Refunds will be processed via the same payment method as the original purchase. All returns must have an RMA before a product can be returned. Element Case offers a 1 Year Warranty and Product Guarantee. Products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. They ship via FedEx for Ground, 2Day, and Standard Overnight. All FedEx Home Delivery, 2Day, and Overnight orders will require an indirect signature upon receipt. They also offer USPS Priority shipping within the United States. For International Shipping, they use FedEx. The cost of shipping is calculated automatically at checkout, and is based on weight and location, it also includes all duties and taxes that may be applicable.
